Obituary

Lynne Long, 82, died Thursday, Feb. 11, 2010.

She was born Aug. 22, 1927, to Fred and Mary Rogers Blatchford in Gloucester, Mass.

She married Thomas R. “Ray” Long Oct. 8, 1946. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by her daughters, Linda Catalono, Overland Park, Karen Williams and Richard and Robyn Estle and Keith, both of Louisburg; one brother, Fred Blatchford and Norma, Tyrone, Ga.; grandchildren, Karen Hart and Shannon, Littleton, Colo., Dennis Williams and Pam, Olathe, Tony Catalano and Annie, Overland Park, Jeff Williams, Taylor and Will Ridle and Joshua and Keith Estle Jr., all of Louisburg; great-grandchildren, Sam Catalano, Overland Park, Brady and Marissa Hart, Littleton, and Akyra Brock, Olathe; brother-in-law, Ken Long, Liberal; and many nieces and nephews.

o Graveside services was at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 18, at Louisburg Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Olathe Hospice of Olathe Medical Center, Louisburg Library or the children’s ministry of Louisburg Baptist Temple.
