WALNUT RIDGE, Ark. – Alvina Rosalia Enns Neighbours, 92, died March 5, 2010, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Walnut Ridge, Ark.

She was born Dec. 1, 1917, to Fred and Olga Young Niedens in Hooker, Okla.

She married Leonard Enns Oct. 12, 1940, in Hooker, Okla. He died Dec. 14, 1978.

She then married Hershel A. Neighbours Feb. 20, 1993, in Beebe, Ark. He survives.

She attended school in the Buffalo, Okla., community.

She was a member of the First Nazarene Church of Liberal.

Other survivors include one son, Mark Enns and wife, Anita, Houston; one daughter, Phyllis Shaffer and husband, Paul, Walnut Ridge; one sister, Elfrieda Enns, Liberal; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and sisters-in-law, Viola Niedens, Esther Ediger, Liesbeth Enns and Billie Enns.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Walter Niedens, and two sisters, Frieda and Edna Niedens.

o Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Miller Chapel in Liberal with the Rev. Larry Woodward and Pastor Larry Hall presiding.

Burial will be at the Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
